Ms. Elise Beauchesne, CPA, CA, Adm.A is one of the founding partners of SolutionCondo and contributed substantially to the implementation of the organizational structure which enabled the fast growth of the company while maintaining an enviable reputation in the market. This reputation is achieved through the following:

• Highly qualified, dedicated and motivated staff
• A divers customer based that are satisfied with the services offered

Ms. Beauchesne is also actively involved in many syndicates of co-ownership management mandates where she must interact with the members of the Board, the co-owners as well as legal and other advisers, if need be.

In 2019, she contributed to the creation of the Association Québécoise des Gestionnaires de Copropriétés (AQGC). She was elected President of the association by her pairs, and is working to raise the profile of the condominium management profession, with the objective of professionalizing this profession. The AQGC intends to raise the standards of excellence of the services provided, to be an essential interlocutor to defend the interests of the syndicates and to be a partner of the first rank for the preservation of the patrimony and the life in co-ownership. In particular, the AQGC advocates for the adequate reform of the issues surrounding the condominium insurance sector.

Ms. Beauchesne was a member of the regional board of directors of the Montreal and Provincial of the Regroupement de gestionnaires de copropriété du Québec (RGCQ) for nearly 10 years. She notably participated in the development of a thesis for the Chambre des notaires work committee to denote the improvements to be brought to the Civil Code of Quebec regarding co-ownerships. She is also involved on many projects to improve practices in the field of co-ownership in Quebec.

Finally, Ms. Beauchesne is a guest lecturer at McGill University’s Faculty of Continuing Education – Certificate in Condominium Management as well as at the CÉGEP de Saint-Laurent in the Attestation of Collegial Studies program on Condominium Management.

Ms. Beauchesne has also been named a finalist for the 2014 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Grand Price in Quebec and she is one of the 8 essentials in real estate according to the magazine « Premières en affaires ».
