SolutionCondo continues its growth in Quebec City

SolutionCondo, the largest Co-ownership management firm in Quebec, is proud to announce the opening of two new offices, one in Quebec City and the other in Brossard, on the South Shore of Montreal.

This is a new step in the growth of SolutionCondo, as the company already has two offices in the Greater Montreal, in Montreal and Laval.

Although today, we can do a lot remotely, the goal of these offices is to bring our clients closer to their property managers and have the latter know suppliers in the area, to negotiate the best rates and services. All our managers will have access to the support department that are the strength of SolutionCondo, and that allows our property managers to focus on high-value-added tasks.

With these four offices, SolutionCondo affirms its position as a leader in offering management services adapted to the various types of buildings in co-ownership, whether they are simple or complex, with phases, new, small, or large.

Who we are? 

Created in 2010, SolutionCondo has experienced a phenomenal growth, from 0 to 16,000 doors today. With over 70 employees, and customers in several regions of Quebec, SolutionCondo is now a major player in the field of property management in the Greater Montreal area and Quebec.

SolutionCondo has an excellent reputation, based on the quality of services offered, the expertise, and the professionalism of its team. Our clients know that we are always looking for solutions to solve their issues, whether they are co-owners or administrators.

SolutionCondo has worked on starting up emblematic projects from many real estate developers such as Canderel, Prével, DevMcgill/Cogir Immobilier, Devimco, Broccolini and is still managing these buildings several years later. Leading by example  

SolutionCondo’s president, Élise Beauchesne, is a visionary leader who is particularly committed to serving her industry. She set herself the objective of promoting the profession of co-ownership management and is therefore actively involved with associations and the Adm.A Order. She was on the Board of Directors of the RGCQ in Montreal and the province for nearly 10 years. She then founded in 2019, with professional colleagues, the “Association Québecoise des Gestionnaires de Copropriétés du Québec (AQGC), where she is now the president of the Board.

She particularly militates for the professionalization of the profession of co-ownership manager, and she also contributes actively to the elaboration of positions on subjects of public interest in the media and governmental authorities through various briefs.

In particular, she is involved with the Order of Adm.A to create, with her peers, a typical profile of the co-ownership manager, in addition to providing training, all with the ultimate goal of the Order to be able to one day oversee the profession of co-ownership manager.
