SolutionCondo and Gestion VSP have decided to merge their activities to enhance the services offered to customers of both companies.
We are currently working on the transition of VSP’s activities, which will continue under SolutionCondo going forward. All customers will continue to use UpperBee, the key tool that enables our managers to work more efficiently and as a team, for the benefits of our customers.
Gestion VSP’s associates, Ms. Valérie Vincent and Mr. Sébastien St-Pierre joins SolutionCondo to form the new technical department, a move made necessary by the company’s size, which now exceed 15,000 units. Ms. Vincent and Mr. St-Pierre bring with them a wealth of technical experience and an understanding of the technical issues specific to the Co-ownership sector, having work in Co-ownership management themselves.
This new technical department will be an enormous asset for all of our clients, as it will provide dedicated, specialized staff to drive forward the more complex special projects and work of technical nature (façade inspections, multi-storey parking inspections, preparation of maintenance logbooks, contingency fund studies, management of construction deficiencies, upgrading to various standards, etc.) which, by their non-recurring nature, are not included in the basic services of management contracts.
Not to mention that this specialized department will also contribute to the training of all of SolutionCondo’s managers, so that they have a keen eye for identifying building issues and can involve the right people at the right time. Your Co-ownership manager will remain your front-line contact but, when necessary, will be able to call on specialized resources to help you deal will more complex issues.
