We would like to remind you that as of January 1, 2024, the new hourly rates will come into effect for specific services provided by managers, for our clients who had management agreements ranging from 2009 to 2022.
These are essentially the same hourly rates announced in our communication of January 30, 2023. We have, among other things, made the hourly rate for legal services (lawyers) accessible, since this is a new service. We remind you that hourly rates are indicated directly on our website.
These adjustments are the result of a careful evaluation taking into account cumulative inflation, the labor shortage, and the increase in salary costs in our sector of activity.
As indicated in most management agreements, SolutionCondo reserves the right to revise the hourly rates for its specific services and stationery costs. SolutionCondo has never taken advantage of this clause and has always honored the hourly rates provided for in customer agreements, without increase.
Thus, since 2009, cumulative inflation has been more than 32%, and despite this, our pricing and our hourly rates have not been readjusted over time, over the last 13 years.
Therefore, all specific services provided until December 31, 2023 will be invoiced at the hourly rates indicated in the initial management agreement while from January 1, 2024, the new rates will be in effect.
